Normanby Road is the focus of interest in Montague – sites for sale and development applications.

All that remains of the much larger Laconia Woolen Mills

• A permit application has been lodged with the Minister for Planning for 179-185 Normanby Rd, formerly the Laconia Woolen Mills site. Andrew Burnes is the owner of the site,
• 280 Normanby Rd (site currently occupied by Tradelink) is for sale. It was purchased  in February 2016 for $14m in February 2016
• The Oxford University Press site on Normanby Road has been sold to R Corp for $30m according to the Australian Financial Review (8 June 2016)
