There is not much that is pleasing about the presentation of this house to Esplanade West. Starting with its relationship to neighbour 225 – insensitive is a kind word to use. Its blank gaze does nothing to suggest interaction with the street. The fence is harsh and horizontal. The grey is cold. I’m sure it is comfortable inside.
